HoReCa and Events Activation Specialist, Azerbaijan
What this position is about - Purpose:
The primary goal is to ensure the seamless execution of activation programs in the market, focusing on driving exceptional consumer experiences. By meticulously overseeing program implementation, the aim is to maximize brand impact and consumer engagement. This involves aligning strategies with market-specific needs and continuously refining tactics to meet evolving consumer expectations. Ultimately, the purpose is to enhance brand perception, drive loyalty, and achieve measurable results in the marketplace.
What will you do - Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HoReCa strategy aligned with marketing priorities, integrating brand initiatives;
- Conduct annual HoReCa Census to identify trends and benchmark;
- Implement activation programs to support brand visibility and product availability for JTI products;
- Design marketing plan mechanics for HoReCa to maximize results to deliver the Strategy aligned;
- Ensure efficient interaction with key outlets while monitoring investment compliance with performance metrics, support staff education programs to enhance understanding of JTI propositions;
- Oversee budget usage and ensure expenditures align with HTS and RMC strategies;
- Facilitate timely collaboration with marketing and functions stakeholders, aligning and integrating brand’s initiatives;
- Plan and execute engaging events that enhance brand visibility within the HoReCa channel.
- Ensure fulfillment of administrative tasks and reporting.
Who are we looking for - Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- Minimum 1 year of successful experience in working with HoReCa channel or Previous sales & field experience is advantage;
- Fluency in local language, Russian and English;
- Confident MS user (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
- Good understanding of Marketing and Sales processes in FMCG companies;
- Good analytical and planning skills;
- Advanced skills of multitasking and project management of medium and high complexity;
- Establish and maintain relationships with HoReCa partners, securing favorable activation opportunities;
- Good presentation skills (prepare and delivery);
- Fast-learning, self-motivator, focus on high results. Constant striving for improvement.
