E-Commerce Specialist, Azerbaijan

 

Position Overview:

 

The E-Commerce Specialist plays a pivotal role in developing and executing the e-commerce strategy, which includes optimizing product assortment, promo pricing, and promotions to drive conversions and ensure a healthy profit margin in the channel.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develops and deploys comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with overall company goals and objectives for the specific market, including identifying the most suitable online sales channels;
  • Management of e-commerce multi-channel and its optimization;
  • Leads and collaborates on developing and executing localized digital marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the e-commerce store across all channels, social media platforms and etc.;
  • Develops and manages engaging social media campaigns tailored to the local audience, building brand awareness.
  • Develops and executes the e-commerce consumer experience and retention strategy development;
  • Analysis and reporting of e-commerce performance.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor University degree (preferable in Marketing, Business Administration);
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management with a proven track record of success in the FMCG industry;
  • Required knowledge of languages as: Azerbaijan and English, knowledge of Russian language is a plus;
  • Strong understanding digital sphere;
  • Excellent in: marketing analytics tools, analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, interpersonal skills, strong management skills, clearly communicate complex e-commerce data and insights to stakeholders.
