Consumer Experience Intern 

 

 

This position exists to support fully marketing team with below directions:

  • Support of the full cycle of document flow as preparation and processing of general contracts, amendments, additional agreements, invoices, acts of acceptance and other documents;

  • Support with preparation of Transfer/Return/Disposable Acts;

  • Manage SAP, ECAS transactions and basic 1C operations (logistics, warehouse processes);

  • Control of 1C Balance per Supplier;

  • Prepare marketing reports on monthly and weekly basis;

  • Proceed with orders for materials, goods, services etc.;

  • Proceed with effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders during all stages of activities from project initiation until payout;

  • Support for submission of CE, PR forms, Cash Equivalent Briefs with following approval collection

  • Control of invoicing process, to receive invoice & supporting documents, to check it and submit to Finance Department for payment;

  • Quality control of consumer activations by reconciliation of report data;

  • Support in the preparation of briefs and tasks for the initiation of tenders;

  • Support with tasks related to marketing activities assigned by manager.
