Consumer & Trade Engagement Associate, Azerbaijan

What this position is about - Purpose:

To support Consumer and Trade Engagement Team with brands’ activities in the market according to the aligned grid , ensure full support in document flow through the communication with suppliers.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

• To drive the documentation flow through the communication with suppliers regarding the document flow (ensure correctness of PR \ PO, Annexes, acceptance acts, invoices, originals of signed documents etc.);
• To drive the respective nomenclatures \ acts creation in 1C as requested by project initiators and timely communications on any issues;
• To provide effective communication with marketing team members, suppliers, other stakeholders during all stages of documents signing and payment processes to ensure timely payments;
• To lead custom clearance processes for all Marketing materials in close cooperation with suppliers and brokerage service provider;
• To analyze customs clearance and relevant investments (revenues) for improvement;
• To analyze marketing investments according to directions, provide updated information to the immediate manager and the budget owner via quality Tracking file filling;
• Full needed support in Consumer and Trade engagement activities in the market according to the aligned grid and requests / tasks assigned by Line Manager
• Supporting trade incentives as per Marketing and Sales requests: ordering and delivery in close cooperation with Sales, PPO, Brand Marketing

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree;
• Preferably minimum 1 year experience in administrative or marketing sphere. FMCG sphere experience is a plus;
• Fluency in local language, Russian and English;
• Confident MS user (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
• Critical thinker with analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Project management skills;
• Self-starter, fast-learner, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, results oriented and flexible person;
• Fast- learning, self-motivator, focus on high results. Constant striving for improvement.
