Marketing & Sales Reporting (PowerBI) Specialist

 

What this position is about?

 

As Marketing & Sales (M&S) Reporting Specialist, s/he will be responsible in generating Strategic Insights, Operational, and OneData reporting to partner and support different Asian markets. S/he will also take part in migrating activities from assigned markets to the Global Business Service (GBS) Center in Manila, Philippines.  S/he will also be responsible in performing controls and quality checking activities to ensure the reports of GBS meet the requirements of stakeholders as defined in the Service Level Targets (SLTs). S/he will also take part in Continuous Improvement projects aiming to standardize, simplify and make processes more efficient. S/he will also be expected to actively participate in various engagement and personal & career development activities rolled out within the team and the GBS center. 

 

What will you do?

 

  • Generate and analyze reports for the Marketing - Strategic Insights (SI) team based in the markets. These reports help stakeholders create actions to help achieve company business goals and targets.
  • Ensure completeness of documentations such as Desktop Procedures and Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
  • Attend and represent the M&S reporting during APAC meetings for the discussion of projects status, updates, per business need.
  • Aid Center Process Managers (CPMs) in reviewing new market requests 
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to make our reporting processes more efficient and accurate
  • Perform quality checks via control points to ensure accuracy of reports delivered by GBS
  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • A Bachelor / University Degree in Economics, Statistics, Communication Research, Finance or any related course
  • Experienced Marketing or Sales professional with at least 3 years background with FMCG or the BPO & Shared Service Industry with strong focus on business intelligence, analytics, marketing and sales
  • Great speaker with excellent English communication skills; familiarity & fluency on the local language of markets assigned is a plus
  • Must have a strong Power BI skills and advance knowledge on the use of MS Office applications
  • Automation, macro, SAP, and SQL background is an advantage
  • Amenable to work on day or mid shift 
  • Willing to work in McKinley Taguig (temporary WFH)
