Key Responsibilities
- Participate and contribute to in-line DDS on process-related aspects as Centerline and changeover DMS owner.
- Control results to confirm the efficiency of identified actions and eliminate losses through root cause problem solving on the assigned Cell.
- Develop 24-hour action plans with the Cell Team, set team priorities, and prioritize support efforts to advance the plan.
- Mentor operating teams in the technical aspects of equipment to meet the operational goals of the assigned Cell.
- Control the use of the SAP/EAM system and ensure activities are carried out at the right time.
- Work alongside the Cell Lead and Maintenance Lead to balance resources and achieve Make Pack department operational goals.
- Build a high-performing team by providing necessary training and guiding the professional development of the management team.
- Ensure the consistent availability of human resources with adequate skill levels through training and development initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks given by the supervisor and align with EHS procedures, labour law, corporate mentorship, internal regulations, and work performance instructions.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electronics, Mechanics)
- 3+ years of professional experience in similar position.
- English language for effective verbal and written communication;
- PC literacy (MS Office). Knowledge of production technologies, standards of factory improvement programs, Lean Manufacturing (KAIZEN, TPM, TQP, JIT), ISO/EHS. Knowledge on IWS principles and routine
