Department: Production - Make Pack

Location: JTI AMC Malvar, Batangas

What you will do

• Operate tobacco processing and cigarette making/packing machines independently to produce quality products in line with QA specifications while minimizing product on hold. 
• Maintain a safe working environment by following all safety procedures, understanding potential hazards, and applying required control measures.
• Practice good housekeeping by complying with 5S standards, keeping the workplace clean and organized, and supporting environmental protection activities.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, and communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to support smooth operations.
• Comply with EHS procedures, labor laws, company policies, and work instructions, and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Demonstrate safe behavior at all times by following safety rules, attending training, and promptly reporting incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

Who are we looking for 

• High school or vocational graduate preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic English (reading/writing) and math skills.
• Good communication, multitasking, and basic technical/computer skills.
• Willing to work on a rotating or shifting schedules.
