Position: 

As a P&C Generalist in the People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience through effective execution of P&C projects, administration of benefits programs, and support in talent, culture, and engagement initiatives. This role focuses on delivering impactful results that align with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace environment. 

 

As the Projects Associate, you will:

 

Monitor and Execute P&C Projects 

Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end P&C projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and on-time completion. 

Coordinate cross-functional teams, track project progress, and manage resources to achieve project milestones and goals. 

Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive successful implementation of P&C initiatives. 

 

Support Talent, Culture, and Engagement Initiatives 

Collaborate with the Talent team to support recruitment, onboarding/Induction and development programs. 

Contribute to the design and delivery of culture-building and engagement activities that enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction. 

Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and propose actionable solutions. 

 

Oversee Benefits Administration 

Manage the administration of all employee benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication. 

Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries, providing guidance to employees and managers. 

Monitor and optimize benefits programs, delivering clear reports and updates to key stakeholders. 

 

Support various P&C initiatives and tasks as needed, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to emerging priorities. 

 

Within 6 months, you will:

 

  • Successfully deliver at least one key P&C project, demonstrating a measurable impact on employee experience or operational efficiency. 
  • Implement initiatives that foster engagement and align with organizational culture goals. 
  • Ensure seamless administration of benefits programs, featuring updated data, streamlined reporting, and enhanced communication processes. 

 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees, managers, and external providers. 

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and compliance.
