 STRATEGIC INSIGHTS & FORECAST MANAGER

 

Position purpose:

 

You will be responsible for providing insights to facilitate company strategies development. This implies generate analysis to explain market trends, from consumer & customer point of view and competitive activities. The positions requires monitor and analyze regulatory trends and RSP company pricing strategies. Responsible also for managing the internal Business Information System,  preparation of local or international reporting. Under this responsability, the support to Market CM will be included.

 

What will you do – responsibilities:

 

  • Execute monthly Industry market monitoring to ensure adequate understanding of market, portfolio, channels trends and provide insights which facilitates companys' targets achievements.

 

  • Responsible to collect and analyse all available consumer & customer data to provide meaningful insights to all key stakeholders (marketing, sales, local excom,...) for formulating portfolio, brand, trade and distribution strategies. 

 

  • Generates information on consumer & customer trends and behavior, competitive activity, as well as performance of JTI brands

 

  • Updating and maintenance of business intelligence tools: Enhance current data sources availability to provide a solid platform to take decisions and develop strategies.

 

  • Power BI/GRANDALLA : Guarantee power BI & Grandalla data sources are up to date, maintained and ensuring that final output is adapted to business requirements always helping the stakeholders to take decisions.

 

  • Elaboration of Local & International reporting requirements (Monthly, Iberia Performance, Board, ASP, Brand Boards, Pricing communications …) 

 

  • Supports the preparation of the strategic presentations and any ad-hoc analysis. Give continuous support to CM and MArketing Manager in terms of ad-hoc analysis and regional presentations.  Responsible for SI reporting to JTI Iberia.

 

  • Drive cross functional relationships with marketing, sales, Trade Marketing, IT and other key internal functions to deliver alignment to ensure business growth.

 

Who are we looking for – requirements:

 

MBA, university degree in marketing or economics 
2-4 years experience in a similar position or a combination of training, education and experiences that is equivalent to one of the employment/education standards listed above.
Native Spanish & High English level.
Advanced Microsoft Office (specially Excel) and database applications.
