P&C Associate

What this position is about – Purpose

The People and Culture Associate is a role designed to support t in implementation of agile methodologies within the People and Culture function. This position assists in various P&C projects and tasks, promoting efficiency and responsiveness across the team supporting the P&C team in modernizing HR practices, enhancing employer branding practices, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

 

What will you do – Responsibilities:

  • Project Support:  Assist in the implementation of P&C projects by applying agile principles and practices
  • Process Improvement: Support efforts to identify areas for improvement within HR operations and contribute to designing agile solutions to enhance productivity and service delivery
  • Team Assistance: Assist other P&C team members in various tasks and initiatives, fostering collaboration and efficiency
  • Communication Management: Help manage internal communication channels for P&C to ensure clear, consistent, and timely information dissemination across the organization
  • Employer Branding: Assist in initiatives aimed at enhancing employer branding, including content creation, social media engagement, and promoting the company’s values and culture.

 

Whom are we looking for – Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration or plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or similar experience
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent to very good skills in Excel & PowerPoint are requisite
