Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist 

 

 

What this position is about – Purpose 

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, the core purpose of this role is to drive the financial planning and analysis functions within the organization, with a primary focus on month end closing and Free Cash Flow (FCF) planning and variance analysis. This role is instrumental in providing critical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making processes,

 

What will you do – Responsibilities:

Contribution to Finance related KPIs:

  • Execute action plans relating to department KPIs assigned by superior
  • Provide feedbacks and suggestions for superior any improvements
  • Report timely to superior for department KPIs and activities
  • Proactively support and contribute to Factory KPIs achievement & Projects execution

 

List of Standard Tasks (not limited to) :

  • Active involvement on Material ledger closing and reporting process
  • Product cost planning related J-sox and management controls
  • Make and support to prepare proper FCF planning , provide historical data and analysis for better decision taking processes
  • Support & control in Cost Roll Out process, gives necessary support to Product Cost Team during cost upload and ensures the costs are inline w/ plans

 

Continuous Improvement

  • Actively participate continuous improvement activities in the factory
  • Openly communicate to superiors for any improvement opportunities

 

Compliance to Policies & Procedures and Regulations

  • Comply global/regional/local Safety policies & procedures, regulatory requirements
  • Openly initiate dialogues with person not comply with JTI policies & procedures
  • Comply with department/team processes, policies and procedures

  

Whom are we looking for – Requirements:

  • University degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
  • 3-5 years’ experience
  • Fluent in oral and written English & Arabic
  • Summarization skills in verbal and written
  • Communication Skills
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
