People & Culture Specialist (Sales)
Our team is looking for an experienced P&C Specialist to work in a dynamic and responsible area of HR management. The person in this role is responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including succession planning, talent management, including talent acquisition, performance management, career planning, and employee development. Coordinates the analysis of development needs and the implementation of the training plan for talent. Actively collaborates with all P&C units to localize, implement, and disseminate key corporate P&C initiatives.
Position:
As a P&C Specialist(Sales) in the P&C Department, you will:
- Provide full support to the P&C Business Partner within the designated region for all P&C-related matters.
- Implement and support the program for the formation and development of the personnel reserve in various divisions of the Sales Department. Plan, develop, and control the database for the development of the personnel reserve to ensure reliable and regularly updated information.
- Handle sourcing activities within assigned regions including recruitment, talent assessment, promotions & transfers. Ensure the efficient use of recruitment tools and sourcing channels.
- Drive Employer branding activities and internship program. Provide consultancy to the employees within the selection process.
- Ensure Talent Management processes are well established and facilitate the Succession Planning process for the key positions with regular reviews. In partnership with the management team identify TOP Talents and drive locally the programs for this group of employees. Ensure talent promotion and retention within the organization. Support and facilitate the execution of the Performance management processes.
- Run P&C administration processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and local legislation. Support the EHS agenda to maintain compliance with work environmental standards based on local legislation and JTI requirements.
- Staff counseling: providing expertise on the Labor Code, P&C policies, procedures & corporate culture aspects. Ensure compliance on all issues/disputes arising with employees to secure a smooth resolution.
Requirements:
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of successful P&C/people management (HR) experience with strong knowledge of P&C management principles and methods.
- Shown experience in succession planning, L&D, and recruitment.
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Kazakh.
- Advanced MS Office user (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of SAP and the 1C program will be a plus.
- Ability to build a strong partnership inside and outside of the organization.
- Ability to drive results, persistence, and stress resistance.
- Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to work in a team, and high communication skills.
- Emotional intelligence/maturity, sound judgment, high ethics, and morale.
