Position Purpose:

The Strategic Insight Manager will be responsible for driving the organization's growth by conducting in-depth market analysis, identifying key insights, and facilitating strategic decision-making. With a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration, this role ensures that the organization achieves its strategic objectives.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive market research projects to uncover consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Develop and maintain a common market model integrating external and internal factors, maximizing historical data utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with sales team to understand market dynamics and competitive strategies, generating actionable recommendations and supervising commercial insight tools.
  • Provide inputs for Annual Strategic Plan (ASP) and facilitate timely delivery, maintaining relationships with HQ, Region, and other markets.
  • Ensure effective allocation of resources through proper budget management.

  • Excellent time management skills by prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills. Innovative in identifying and overcoming problems to achieve goals.
  • Proficient Budget management skill to optimize resource allocation is a plus.
  • Experience in brand management is considered advantageous for the role.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in market research, strategic analysis, or related roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
