INTERNAL COMMUNICATION MANAGER

 

Position Purpose

The purpose of the position is to develop and implement internal communication strategies and initiatives in line with the local business needs and global communication campaigns.

The position will be based in Istanbul or Izmir and will be reporting to Corporate Affairs Director.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop communication strategies for the entities, lead the communication plan, and the roll-out of the localization of the global campaigns in end to end process.
  • Lead JTI Turkey's internal social media strategy (incl. for Workplace Turkey, Workplace Market, Workplace Feel Good groups), communication plan development and implementation, as well as the content management and facilitation of user enablement.
  • Develop narratives and provide communication guidance and support to Management Team members.
  • Lead the content planning of the Quarterly Market Newsletter for Market employees.
  • Lead the development of all branded local communication materials incl. e-cards, booklets, posters, banners, videos, as well as set the factory and office signage strategy ensuring the implementation and the optimizing of this channel.
  • Support other Corporate Affairs & Communication projects.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Communication or equivalent.
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English.
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications and social media platforms
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization.
  • Good knowledge of JTI culture.
  • Flexible to travel frequently according to business needs.
  • Work authorization to be employed in Turkey(citizenship or work permit).
