Title: RRP Brand Trainee
직무내용
Assist on supporting Reduced Risk Product (RRP) team with the overall objective of increasing volume, market share and profitability of JTI RRP brands especially with the development of Consumer Experience Management strategy and implementation of go-to-market plans in on/offline channels.
RRP Launch and CEM Initiatives
- Help to plan and implement marketing campaigns for product launch initiatives
- Support marketing and communication efforts to enhance consumer experience about RRP
Industry Analysis and Reporting
- Compile and share reports on brand performance, especially including RRP device related on/offline promotion, consumer/trade activation, etc.
- Monitor and analyze industry activities and trends including consumer, trade and competitive trends & across FMCG industry
Support management of Global Consumer Care(GCC)
- Effectively support in GCC’s strategy implementation in alignment with Global Operating model
- Manage and control of RRP product complaints handling process, including the flow in FMS (Feedback Management System)
- Ensure effective control of the third parties performance in accordance with the contract terms;
- Being in charge of monitoring and performance analysis to identify opportunities for the consumer experience improvement
Support Consumer Experience Manager & RRP team
- Perform other assignments or special projects to assist Consumer Experience Managers in the delivery of business objectives
- Assist in creating reports and presentations on RRP performance and market potential

- Major in Marketing or related Business field
- 1+ years of FMCG marketing would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and Korean
- Data analysis skills would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong team player, organized, self-motivated, & results-driven mindset
- Good communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholders
