“I’m primarily responsible for the evaluation and selection of tobacco for our traditional Swedish snus. Several factors influence the taste and character of a tobacco leaf - I ensure that we choose the tobacco with the best qualities and the right character. What’s more, as part of a small R&D team in Sweden, I have the benefit of being involved with the full development of the product itself.
