Meet José's, whose 14-year career at JTI has allowed him to experience many exciting projects, from IT in Spain to Marketing and Digital Operations in Switzerland. Now based in Switzerland as a CX & Digital Manager, José continues to thrive on the inherent challenges of working within a restricted industry, innovating constantly, and the feeling of contributing to "something bigger". His number-one memory at JTI? Creating a fabulous network of friends over the years, across countries he's explored throughout his career. From regions to markets to different functions, we encourage diverse talent collaborations and cross-functional projects.
