What is the purpose of this position?


As the Talent Attraction Expert, your purpose is to ensure that there is an adequate pipeline of candidates for existing vacancies at specialist to managerial level by facilitating end-to-end recruitment operations. You are expected to provide personal recommendation and subject-metter expertise in recruiting and assist the hiring manager and local P&C team until the identification of the successful candidate. 


What you will do


  • You will coordinate end to end  WG3 & complex WG4 recruitment processes, ensuring a timely and effective hiring process, in line with predefined metrics; together with hiring manager and local P&C partner create a recruiting approach and plan of actions for these roles.
  • You will conduct phone interviews with the pre-screened candidates to identify the further match to the role's requirement and to generate the shortlist of personal recommendations for the further interviews. You are expected to advise hiring managers and support their preparation for recruitment steps (with help of more advanced team members if requred).
  • Communicate with the candidates as per agreed process - scheduling interviews and other process elelements, sharing updates, providing feedback (on the phone, via email or /and face to face). And share relevant updates and information with hiring manager and local P&C
  • You will collect process and practice improvement requirements, validating and discussing them with market representatives and process owners. You will support the implementation of changes and improvements, supporting team in adjusting processess to best practices.
  • You are expected to independently manage your relationships with stakeholders at respective level of organization (mostly WG4, WG3 levels of organization). Proactive issues identification and  resolution with support of more senior Talent Attration colleagues
  • Drive own development - identify and discuss own development gaps, discuss and plan development activities with direct manager. Assist in creating development plans for more junior colleagues and proactively share knowledge and experitze within the team.


Who are we looking for


  • University degree preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of end to end recruitment experience preferably from an FMCG, multinational company or shared service center. This includes:
    • Volume Recruitment and High Caliber Selection for different markets/countries
    • Sourcing and Talent Pool Building
    • KPI-driven Recruiting
  • Above average communication skills in English 
  • Knowledge of social media and sourcing channels, interviewing techiques
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Good awareness of DE&I policies and practices
  • Strong sense of collaboration and team work
  • Experiene in productivity monitoring of team members is preferred
