Finance Planning & Analysis Manager

(Performance Management)
 

About the Role 
Support management with business decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting, planning and analysis for USA Market. Key responsibilities: P&L performance management for the market, manage annual planning cycles at the P&L level and corporate P&L reporting, variance analysis, and ad-hoc P&L modelling.

 

What you will do

  • Maintain monthly reporting and prepare monthly updates with comprehensive analysis of market performance vs. plans and prior year for Local and Regional Management.
  • In cooperation with the accounting department ensure correct and timely month & quarter close. Interpret the information, identifying trends, and provide recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Prepare & submit monthly/quarterly reports (Volume CFO, PL CFO brief) to HQ as per established corporate requirements & deadlines.
  • Manage the financial forecasts for all planning exercises (planning cycles) along with plan to plan variance analysis. Support volume planning.
  • Liaise with other functions to collect all necessary data to create new forecasts or make revisions to existing ones. Submit final forecasts to the Region and HQ via the data collection system.
  • Assist FP&A Manager USA in preparing the financial section of planning cycles presentations, market business reviews and other ad hoc presentations for Local Management or/and Region.
     

Who We Are Looking For

dynamic, self-started, and result-oriented person, with:

 

  • 5+ Years in a Finance role with prior experience in planning and analysis, preferably in multi-national FMCG organization.
  • 4 year BA/BS Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business, or related fields.
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced excel and analytical skills combined with ability to think strategically and understand business needs.
  • Self-starter, able to think outside the box, must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Work cross-functionally and interface with various levels of management. Open to a multinational work environment.
  • Ready to work under tight deadlines.
  • Focus on high results. Constant striving for maximum accuracy
