Digital Activation Manager

 

About the Role 

The Digital Activation Manager supports the Digital & Innovation Strategy Manager and wider marketing team with the management of the LD CRM system and the development and implementation of digital consumer marketing initiatives. The incumbent is also responsible for consumer segmentation, targeting & activation automation as well as designing programs to accelerate consumer conversion into loyalty. 

 

 

What you will do

  • Growth Marketing: Analyze digital programs based on digital data (CRM system); establish targeted initiatives to accelerate consumer conversion to loyalty across different channels and touch points. Consult e-mail marketing manager with automated campaigns based on data insights. Support team with establishing digital strategies across the digital ecosystem in line with brand and business objectives. Manage CRM vendor, closely understand features and  capabilities of the system in order to ensure system is used up to its potential and JTI USA needs;
  • Consumer Digital Activation: Develop consumer centric digital activation campaigns and initiatives in line with brand objectives working collaboratively with portfolio managers, creative agencies and developers. Unleash the potential of digital from a brand building and emotional connection perspective with consumers. In charge of strategy, creative development and project management from idea to implementation;
  • Digital Activation - Retail Independents: Manage “Drive to Online” Programs; establish continuous feedback groups and drive User Experience and other program improvements; measure results and engage related sales teams; closely collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to establish a more automated B2B2C process. Develop and execute periodic sweepstakes programs with the aim to recurit adult consumers and optimize engagement & conversion to LD Rewards Program;
  • Digital Data: In charge of on-going digital reporting, engaging the team and formulation of data driven decision to optimize consumer conversion and experience;
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including portfolio managers, trade marketing, sales, customer service, legal, corporate affairs and IT.

 

 

 

Who We Are Looking For

dynamic, passionate, and result-oriented person, with:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing or related field;
  • 4-7 years of experience in consumer and trade marketing. Experience across both, retail and digital marketing preferred;
  • Fluent English;
  • Must have both, strong strategic capabilities as well as ability to be hands-on and manage tactical execution;
  • Strong collaborator with the ability to navigate projects within a complex organizational structure and stakeholders across functions;
  • Experienced in activating brands in both, a retail and online enviornment;
  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment;
  • Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles;
  • Ability to analyze data and formulate data driven decisions to optimize product performance;
  • Experience in designing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention, and conversion;
  • Strong understanding of market segmentation principles and techniques;
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Powerpoint and Excel;
  • Excellent communication and project management skills;
  • Passion for brand building; creative with content development;
