Regional Sales Manager -  La Paz, Bolivia

JTI is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager in La Paz, Bolivia!!.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to enhance revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Develop and nurture strong connections with important clients to enhance business prospects.
  • Lead, motivate and empower a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to resolve the best sales opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently implement new products and initiatives.
  • Ensure detailed execution of sales plans and activities, rigorously adhering to company policies and guidelines.
  • Establish and agree all budgeting, resourcing and delivery plans for the Sales function in order to optimize performance in line with strategic goals.

 

Requirements:

  • University Degree / MBA or equivalent educational background. Confirmed experience in FMCG sales functions is a plus.
  • Consistent track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, encourage and empower a team.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
