What this position is about - Purpose:


In line with the new global JTI Corporate Strategy, the Ploom Brand Group is responsible for the long term strategic development of the Ploom brand and the company presence in the RRP Heated Tobacco category. The team develops the global brand strategy, communication and activation tools, retail and Flagship stores development to build the Ploom brand as global leader in the RRP HT market. Together with the team, the Ploom Consumer Engagement Manager will provide global leadership and management for the long term strategic development of the Ploom brand, develop full communication assets for all touch points on the consumer jouney in a fully omnichannel way, in line with the needs of the consumer and the long and short term commercial objectives of the global business.


What will you do - Responsibilities:


The Ploom Consumer Engagement Manager will be responsible for multiple brand initiatives and projects in the area of strategy and positioning, Global portfolio and brand world development, Global communications including market support with toolkits and best practices. A full set of initiatives to support the consumer on all stages of their consumer journey including building awarenss and bulding loyalty and advocacy, projects and activations for offline and online chanels, the global brand calendar with promotions and activities. The responsibilities include agencies management, budget management, strategic presentation for sharing with markets and senior management, regular alignement with key stakeholders throughout the business. 


Who are we looking for - Requirements:                                                                                                           


  • University degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 6-10 years’ proven record of accomplishment in Brand Management. International, cross-functional or RRP experience will be considered as a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken English language skills. Any additional language will be considered as a plus
  • Strong Strategic and Creative skills. Curious and thrives in an environment that requires continuous learning and innovation
  • Strong conceptual and analytic skills, while paying attention to details
  • Adapt rapidly to change and at ease to work in a dynamic and agile environment that is fast paced with shifting priorities
  • Value to work in a team where positive energy, openness and trust is key
  • Willing to take accountability and result-oriented
  • Proactive in taking initiative and creative in seeking solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong PowerPoint
  • Open to learn how to work in a corporate, complex and at time political environment, with variety of stakeholders with various seniority
