Assistant to Factory Lead

 

What this position is about - Purpose:
 

An employee in this position provides general and administrative support for Operations Director on manufacturing. This includes such tasks as translations, interpretation, arrangements of meeting schedules, special projects, and other tasks as required; prompt communication with cross-functional departments and contractors within the limits of duties.

 

What will you do - Responsibilities:
 

  • Organizes working schedule: prepares conferences and meetings, keeps up-to-date factory calendar, makes appointments, and tracks documentation signing
  • Takes minutes of meetings and provides follow-up. Assumes responsibility for the coordination of meetings and calendars with management team members
  • Organizes management team regular meetings, takes minutes, keeps track of actions
  • Assumes responsibility for executing interpretations, oral and written translations, minutes keeping, follows up on decisions taken in meetings
  • Prepares presentations: collects and processes the information for presentations, proof correspondence and reports in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other business software
  • Formalizes business trip documents and renders all the necessary support: ticket ordering, accommodation, cash allowances, mobile phones, etc. Prepares the reports on business trip expenses
  • Observes rules and norms of labor safety and production sanitary.

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:
 

  • University Degree preferably in Linguistics / Economics / BA
  • A minimum of 2 (two) years of experience in a similar field is required
  • Advanced English & Kazakh oral and written translation skills
  • Regulations, standards, instructions, and documents related to bookkeeping
  • Basis of office ethics and communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
