Building and Facilities Process Lead
In this role, you will be responsible for executing and leading the processes for eliminating losses by effective problem-solving and process control tools to support the delivery of business results for building and facilities-related systems.
Position:
As the Building and Facilities Process Lead, you will take care of:
- KPI's Responsibility: Analyse and follow up on the performance of assigned systems and areas. Initiate necessary actions to achieve department KPIs with JTI standards, including ERF completion ratio, within the planned date and budget
- Process Responsibility: Responsible for improving, analyzing, and reporting building and facilities system performances and supporting and participating in continuous improvement implementation activities with his/her team. Accountable for the optimum functioning of the plant building and defined facilities-related systems. Responsible for preparing the OPL, ISO, IMS, and IWS documentation and optimal periodical controls for building and facilities to maximize efficiency and reduce cost while protecting the company’s assets
- IWS DMS Responsibility: Participate daily, weekly and monthly DDS meetings to report results, flag issues, and request resources. Responsible for ensuring CL (Centerline , CM (Change Management ) DMS's requirements
- Report process failures, top stoppages and flag issues to take necessary actions. Standardize equipment and work processes. Own the change management system for a designated process. Update process control strategies and operating procedures as changes occur
- 5S3R Responsibility: Kaizen studies to improve 5S activities in the building and facilities areas
- Talent Management: Share and reapply learning across processes, modules and plants. Prepare and give training on process/equipment changes.
Requirements:
- University Degree in Engineering
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar job
- Fluency in Turkish and English is required
- Proficiency in PC applications, including MS Office programs, with competency in relevant SAP transactions
- Advanced understanding of Engineering and EHS principles
- Experience in team management
- Basic expertise in maintenance planning
- In-depth knowledge of process operations
- Intermediate understanding of facility operations (such as waste-water treatment and waste handling)
- Operational-level experience in project management
