BTS T&T Process Analyst Manager


This is a global position within IT BTS Track & Trace Team, Global IT function.

BTS Track & Trace, Process Analyst Manager will in charge of supporting Track & Trace infrastructure, including GLA, TPM, Inextor, iTrack, LTrack, UTrack, Movilizer, Corporate Repository systems and interfaces with several other systems like, SAP S4HANA, Palletizers and local ERP’s.

Incumbent will be primarily involved in new factory/warehouses implementations and new projects/change requests in coming years. In addition involved is expected as part of level 3 support activities of T&T system with internal (GSD, GTC) and external (ATOS, INEXTO, Monovi, SISKON, SIERRA, FractureCode, BBK) organizations. 

What will you do - Responsibilities:

  • Having the overall accountability and ownership for the project solution functional scope - serve as Level 3 application support requests escalated from previous support level (GDC) of Track & Trace systems with a focus on critical/complex incidents & significant change/service request
  • Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and priorities and  deliver timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring they utilize the full potential of the application.
  • Assist the Business/Process Expert in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request. Ensure the alignment of the request to the GRM.
  • Assist the Business/Process Expert in designing specification, testing and implementing business process changes
  • Maintain up to date appropriate documentation in his/her scope of responsibility this includes BPMLs, Process flows, Enterprise structure and BTS operational procedures.
  • He/she takes a permanent effort in keeping the End Users up-to-date and knowledgeable of the systems and business processes / best practices. Provides knowledge transfer and best practices (global processes) to end- users through support/change request resolution.
  • In regards of new projects/major enhancements, he/she will also analyze the requests coming from the Business Expert/team Lead. For that: He/she will assist the Business Expert in the analysis of the feasibility of this business request in the context of the standard application solution.
  • Implement appropriate interface/data transfer from satellite applications to the main application together with the technical specialist (SAP Basis for example) and the development teams.


 Who are we looking for - Requirements:

  • University degree in Information Technologies (Computer Science, Software Engineering and Automation, Cybernetics or Applied Mathematics) or Strong Practical and Theoretical IT Background 
  • English - Fluent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience  with corporate-scale systems (SAP, T&T-related) systems, preferably in the areas of application support and customer service in a global and multicultural environment
  • On hand experience working as business analyst in software development projects. Knowledge of processes and tools for effective business analyses.
  • Strong skills of technical document writing and reviewing
  • Broad knowledge of project management methodologies in relation to custom software development, packaged software implementation; PM experience in projects of such kind will be considered as an advantage.
  • On hand experience and good understanding of testing principles: terminology, concepts and approach in area of testing, experience in preparing test cases, planning and executing acceptance testing.
