Maintenance Lead

As a Maintenance Lead, you’ll take charge of reviewing and prioritizing SAP work orders, ensuring maintenance plans are on track and aligned with business needs. You'll lead daily and weekly planning with cross-functional teams, coordinate major shutdowns, and oversee the execution of both routine and critical maintenance tasks. You'll also ensure documentation is updated, teams are trained, and all safety standards are strictly followed.

As the Maintenance Lead, you will: 

• Review and prioritize maintenance tasks in SAP within 24 hours to keep things organized and on schedule.

• Lead daily and weekly maintenance planning with operations and maintenance teams.

• Adjust plans based on completed work, new issues, and any urgent tasks.

• Coordinate with team leads to include maintenance tasks during planned line stops.

• Help schedule bigger maintenance activities during monthly planning based on the annual plan.

• Support efficient startup and shutdown of machines during major maintenance.

• Keep maintenance documents up to date and help train the team on key tasks.

• Make sure all safety procedures are followed and report any risks or incidents.

• Take on other tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.

Who are we looking for:

• A background in technical, mechanical, electrical, or engineering education.

• Solid understanding of technical processes and how machinery works.

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior maintenance or technical role, ideally in a manufacturing industry.

• Hands-on experience working with and managing technicians and operators on the production floor.

• Skilled in identifying and solving issues to improve production processes.

• Confident in planning, organizing, and leading maintenance activities.

• Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing a small team.

• Can speak and write clearly in English.

• Proficient with basic computer tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
