Trade Marketing Representative

In this role you will drive sales, enhance distribution, and strengthen customer relationships in your assigned region collaborating with distributors and customers. This is a field-based role that requires driving.

What we you will bring: 

• Determine visit frequency and arrange calls based on sales data. Complete outlet activities and record results.
• Use local insights to enhance Cycle Plans, monitor competitors, and advise on tobacco category management.
• Arrange short-term sales agreements, ensure planogram compliance, and autonomously negotiate trade contracts for JTI's benefit.
• Use advanced selling techniques to align product benefits with customer needs, handle objections, and secure commitments.
• Manage stock placement, educate store staff on availability importance, and facilitate retailer orders while coordinating logistics when needed. Ensure accurate prices and SKU listings.
• Tailor proposals to meet retailer needs and ensure JTI’s success with a 'Double Win' approach.

Who are we looking for: 

• At least 2 years in Sales. Experience in FMCG sector is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and good digital literacy.
• Commercial competence and market understanding.
• Strong communication and selling skills.
• Good command of English. Knowledge of Croatian is a must.
