Key Account Executive Croatia

 

Supporting the implementation of the KA strategy while managing negotiations with lower‑volume key accounts and providing field support in the Croatian market. This includes:

 

  • Managing lower‑volume key accounts, maintaining regular communication, building strong relationships, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Identifying potential key accounts and initiating collaboration, establishing contracts, and overseeing onboarding.
  • Securing optimal product assortment placement and availability at POS, coordinating with key account field representatives to improve in‑store positioning, visibility, and availability.
  • Monitoring planogram compliance across the key account universe and delivering actionable recommendations to improve execution and align with merchandising standards.
  • Assessing POSM equipment across the key account universe and recommending initiatives for POSM implementation.
  • Segmenting key‑account POS by volume, footfall, and customer profile, contributing to targeted strategies that support business deliverables.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree (business, economics, data/analytics, or related field)
  • Experience in Sales/Key Accounts (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Full professional proficiency in Croatian and English
  • Valid driver’s license
