Key Account Analyst Slovenia and Croatia

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the KA team in implementation of Key Account strategy for Croatian and Slovenia markets, providing administrative, analytical, and operational assistance. This includes:

• Building and maintaining KA dashboards and reports (Volume, market metrics), monitor contract target achievement, and deliver insights, forecasts, and presentations to stakeholders.
• Serving as the primary contact for Slovenian sell out data providers; collecting, processing, and managing data in Power BI, and sharing figures with relevant teams on demand.
• Leading KA channel segmentation (Croatia and Slovenia) in cooperation with KA Management: analyze POS data, prioritize high impact POS, optimize segmentation.
• Supporting Trax/TME tool implementation in Croatia, manage data post go live, and co build capability dashboards for CRO and SLO.
• Preparing KA contracts under KA Managers’ guidance, in collaboration with Legal. Creating follow up items and manage contracts in the designated system, ensuring timely Country Manager signature and proper documentation for both markets.

Requirements:

• University degree
• Previous experience in a data‑focused role is an asset
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel; basic knowledge of Power BI
• Native Croatian or Slovenian; advanced level of English
