Job Title:  Key Account Associate (Croatia, Slovenia)

Department: Marketing & Sales

Reporting to: KA Lead Croatia & Slovenia

Role: Permanent

 

 

Key Account Associate (Croatia, Slovenia)

 

Purpose: The Key Account Associate (Croatia–Slovenia) supports the Key Account team in driving the Key Accounts strategy for the Croatian and Slovenian markets by providing administrative, analytical, and operational support across commercial, financial, and reporting activities.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Support preparation, coordination, and follow-up of Key Account contracts in partnership with Legal and KA Managers.
  • Track execution of KA activities and prepare performance and post-activity reports.
  • Handle Key Account budgets, monitor variances, and support planning cycles.
  • Coordinate invoice processing, ensuring timely payment and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Prepare Proof of Performance documentation and support SAP activities (PRs, POs, accruals, variance reporting).
  • Prepare regular KA reports, sales analyses, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Coordinate and organize Key Account Academies and customer events in Croatia and Slovenia.
  • Support the development and maintenance of Key Account planograms aligned with market and category strategies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree.
  • Native Croatian or Slovenian language proficiency and advanced English (written and spoken).
  • Demonstrated advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with close attention to detail.
  • Analytical perspective with ability to work with data, reports, and budgets.
  • Exceptional communication skills paired with the capability to efficiently coordinate with diverse partners.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, deliver on time, and adapt quickly to changing demands. 
  • Proactive, reliable, and collaborative teammate with a strong sense of ownership.
