HR Manager Croatia and Slovenia

 

 

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to support day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and office management. The role focuses on ensuring smooth, compliant, and well-organized HR processes while being a reliable point of contact for employees and managers.

 

Responsibilities

 

HR Administration & Payroll

  • Coordinate payroll processing with external providers
  • Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with local labor legislation and internal policies
  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries

 

Talent Attraction & Onboarding

  • Oversee recruitment processes and support Line Managers within the process
  • Organize onboarding activities for new hires

 

Talent Management Support

  • Coordinate performance review cycles and related documentation
  • Support training and development activities and maintain related records

 

Office Management

  • Oversee daily office operations and coordinate external vendors
  • Ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized office environment

 

Requirements

 

  • 3 years of experience in HR roles
  • Croatian – fluent (mandatory)
  • English – good working proficiency
  • Slovenian – considered a plus
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Good knowledge of HR administration and labor legislation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with SAP or other HR systems nice to have
