Sales Analyst

 

 

 

Position Purpose:

 

Japan Tobacco International in Armenia is opening the Sales Analyst position, based on Yerevan.  

We are looking for detailed oriented, responsible and professional person, providing support to Sales team.

What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare, consolidate and provide in time all necessary reports. Collect, consolidate, manage and archive information about Market research and analysis department; create a necessary database to ensure data sales on reporting and analyses
  • Collect, update analysis of market data, prepare of data for long term planning (weekly activity report/weekly market news). Maintain data sales collection system automation. Manage market research and analysis department and distributors activity records and data analysis. Ensure regular and timely provision of information to the management of the Company for decision making, market research and analysis department development.
  • Provide sales analysis on a monthly basis to Head of Management. Provide actual data for market research and analysis department meetings,
  • Support to management of the Company to prepare presentations.
  • Regularly update the information regarding Retail and wholesale outlets catalogue, with which the Company cooperate or not cooperate; Importer and other market players’ outlets catalogue. 
  • Prepare forecasts of the tobacco products’ sales in RA, for further planning of shipments (FSP). Planning and forecast sales of key and wholesale clients for the trade agents’ areas together with direct manager and trade agent supervisor. Analyze influences on sales, such as seasonality, competitor activity, activity in support of brands.  Identify causal relationships of factors and use them to construct models of the sales forecast.
  • Execute other obligations assigned by the direct manager in accordance with the requirements of the latter.
  • Control and matching Data Base with distributer SADB and daily monitoring transparency of data sales agent name, coverage, legal name of outlets.
  • Fully support and maintain of FFA system, closely work with “Optimum” program supplier (CDC). 

 

 

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

 

 

  • University degree, preferably in Economics/Mathematics or Finance 
  • At least 1 year of work experience as analyst in international or local company desirable as Sales Analyst
  • Fluent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages, 
  • Ability to work with computer programs MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), other programs necessary for creation of analytical material
  • High level of analytical skills, including experience in work with broad scale of data; excellent knowledge of Excel

  • Excellent time management, coordination and communication skills, ability to work under time pressure;
