Position Purpose:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, responsible, and professional individual to support our Sales team.

 What will you do - Responsibilities:

•  Prepare, consolidate and provide in time all necessary reports.
• Collect, consolidate, manage and archive information about Market research and analysis department; create a necessary database to ensure data sales on reporting and analyses
• Collect and analyze market data, prepare reports (weekly activity/market news), and maintain automated sales data systems. Oversee market research, distributor records, and data analysis for decision-making and departmental development.
• Provide monthly sales analysis and actual data for management meetings.
• Regularly update retail, wholesale, and importer outlet catalogues.
• Prepare tobacco sales forecasts for shipment planning and collaborate on sales planning for key clients.
• Analyze sales influences like seasonality, competition, and brand activities to develop predictive models.
• Monitor sales data transparency, control database accuracy, and support the sales data gathering system.
• Assist in preparing management presentations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Who are we looking for - Requirements:

• A university degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Analyst in an international or local company, ideally as a Sales Analyst.
• Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools for creating analytical materials.
• Strong analytical abilities, including hands-on experience with large datasets
