JTI Armenia, CJSC is opening a permanent full-time position of IT Analyst (out-staff), based in Yerevan.

Job responsibilities

 

  • Provide support for business users in terms of hardware infrastructure and resolution of technical issues,
  •  Ensure communication with suppliers, service providers and service centers. Communication with JTI global IT group,
  • Maintain IT related agreements to ensure integrity of operations processes,
  • IT equipment management, control and reporting of IT services expenses,
  • Technical support and analysis from IT side for market business projects and activities,
  • Help-desk support for office users in terms of hardware and software issues investigation.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • College or University degree/Bachelor's degree,
  • Working/Traineeship minimum 1 year experience in information technology,
  • Fluent written and spoken Russian, intermediate written and spoken English skills,
  • Excellent computer’s and telecommunication knowledge,
  • Customer-oriented, good analytical & communication skills, strong technical skills
