Training and Development Associate
Responsible for the field force people's development and sorting out the gap/ requirement between the organization's requirements and the field force. Find out the training need analysis, develop courses/ modules (translating training materials is a must), implementation of good training methods. Maintain training database, evaluation database, and examination result database. Need to liaise with all related departments and have good communication skills. Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to program enrolment, room scheduling, catering, setting up and breaking down audio/visual equipment, and creating program materials for training and development functions.
As the Training and Development Associate, you will:
- Evaluate and assess all trained employees in the field regularly.
- Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to program enrolment, room scheduling, creating, setting up, and breaking down audio/visual equipment, and creating program materials for all trainers.
- Responsible for classroom seating. May be multiple sessions in different locations per day.
- Maintain the training registration system, enrolment information and expenses report, all training materials and files in electronic and hard copy format.
- Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets to track data. Maintain the Training Certificate Program records and answer questions regarding the curriculum. Order and maintain training supplies.
- Analyze certain reports and give feedback. Translate training materials if necessary.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably majoring in Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in designing, arranging, and conducting training in the FMCG or sales fields.
- The ability to communicate in English is necessary.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet, and E-mail, with ability and willingness to learn other types of technology, including all training systems and equipment.
