WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

Responsible for field force people development and sorting the gap/requirement between organization's requirement and field force. Find out training need analysis, develop courses/modules (translate training materials is must), implementation of good training methods. Maintain training database, evaluation database and examination result database. Need to liaise with all related departments and must have good communication skills. Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to program enrolment, room scheduling, catering, setting up and breaking down audio/visual equipment and creating program materials for training and development functions.

 

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Evaluate and assess all trained employees in the field on regular basics.
  • Coordinate all training logistics, including but not limited to, program enrolment, room scheduling, creating, setting up and breaking down audio/visual equipment and creating program materials for all trainers.
  • Responsible for classroom seating. May be multiple sessions in different locations per day.
  • Maintain the training registration system, enrolment information and expenses report, all training materials, and files in electronic and hard copy format.
  • Create and maintain various reports and spreadsheets to track data.
  • Maintain the Training Certificate Program records and answer questions regarding the curriculum. Oder and matain training supplies.
  • Analyze certain reports and give feedback. Translate training materials if necessary.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree preferably majoring in Business Administration
  • At least 1 year experience of designing, arranging, and conducting training in FMCG or Sales Fields.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet, and E-mail, with ability and willingness to learn other types of technology including all training systems and equipment.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Critical Thinking - problem solving is big part of data management and business support’s job, so Critical Thinking skills are essential.
  • Adaptable, flexible and open to change.
  • Good team player and can work independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and function well under pressure and tight timeframes.
