Operation Support Manager
The role of the Operation Support Manager is to lead the operation support team, provide technical support, and assess the team's efficiency. The manager also identifies potential issues and monitors daily workflow to ensure the operation runs smoothly. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams in the market and the distributor to achieve the business objective efficiently and effectively.
As the Operation Support Manager in the area of Sales, you will:
Operations Support
- Ensure DSD operations are running as per the yearly aligned plan between JTI and Focus Star
- Identify potential issues and monitor daily workflow to ensure the operation runs smoothly
- Ensure the back office and the device setup are in line with the operation expansion
System Support
- Ensure all the sales operation processes are collected in the TME-Lite system, governance on business process, master Data maintenance, incident handling and etc
- Enable new TME-Lite function to improve business efficiency and collect new information that can be used to make business-critical decisions on investment/expansion
- Recognize opportunities to improve process efficiencies and implement them
- Responsible for handling change requests and new system implementation for the sales department
Planning and Budget Management
- Responsible for leading the system user account and budget control
- Assess the costs and benefits of a new project and resolve long-term and short-term goals
Sale Trade Allowance
- Leading Sales Trade Allowance for daily ad-hoc operations and monitoring the spending against the ASP/LE/OL budget
- Gathering information on Marketing plans and strategies, collating plans from Field Sales for FY budget preparation
People Management & Development
- Dialogue objectives / continuous feedback
- Succession Planning Recommendations
- Stretch delegation
- On-the-job coaching through an agreed-upon monthly work plan for each direct report
- Recruit, motivate, and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the elevant field
- Good commercial sense
- Trade & financial planning skills
- Understanding of market research methods and analysis
- Good knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes
