WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE

Overall responsibility for financial management of the factory. Coordination of the areas of product cost planning (incl. ASP process), forecasting, actual reporting, control and analysis; inventory management; Capex control. Responsibility for internal control environment and compliance with internal and external rules and regulations as well as consistent application of Company’s operating guidelines, policies and procedures. Supervision and development of each individual position within Finance team. Active participation in factory improvement programs as well as in globally initiated projects.ns and local laws/regulations/duties/taxes to ensure a continuous and timely supply of quality product to markets at optimum cost.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES

Plant Control

• Implement financials control factory wide to ensure company asset are safeguard & budgetary control are in place and functioning.
• Setting up and communicating financial/operating policies and controls.
• Setting up authority and approval levels.

Product cost development

• Preparing the Annual Business and Strategic Plan
• Perform business planning needs and cost viability of projects·
• Provide and analyze actual product cost
• Set performance measurements on product cost components.
• Manage the OCC and cash contribution
• Drive the results of the operations to achieve better than plan. 

Factory performance and Legal/regulations compliance

• Analyze and investigate factory monthly performance for exceptional/unusual expenses and losses to identify and eliminate root cause.
• Provide management on a timely basis with useful
• Reports for performance measurements, trends and forecast.
• Meeting deadlines, using prescribed formats and presenting key data and analysis in the most readable and easily understandable way. 

Budget Control

• Control and manage departmental budget to be in line with plan agreed during ASP period to avoid over and/or under spendings.

Energy Saving and EHS

• Focus on energy saving opportunity and maintain zero LTI & RI in department by cascading to subordinates and supporting all relevant communications, programs and initiatives from factory Engineering and EHS.
• Contribute to minimize waste in daily job to safe environment.

People management

• Recruit, motivate and guide the professional development of the team reporting directly and indirectly to the incumbent.
• Identify training needs, plan and allocate time for training and development.

Other

• Manage various tasks and projects (global and local) as they arise and upon manager’s and/or cross functional departments request.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree in Finance; Additional professional qualifications in Business Administration or Qualified Management Accounting
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in finance field in FMCG background is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of factory processes, strong financial planning & reporting and cost accounting knowledge.
• SAP knowledge and experience in advance Excel will be added advantage
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
