CONSUMER ACTIVATION STRATEGY MANAGER
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing Consumer Activation strategy that drive brand equity and enhance consumer engagement. In this role, they will focus on creating and implementing marketing campaign initiatives to engage consumers in the leisure channel, while also developing BTL communication strategies for leisure and direct-to-consumer (DTC) activations. Additionally, they will be responsible for measuring the effectiveness of consumer activation campaign results and sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
The incumbent is expected to continuously identify consumer-centric and area-specific opportunities by collaborating closely with other functions.
As the Consumer Activation Strategy Manager, you will:
- Do Stragegic Planning & Compaign Development:
- Develop and implement consumer activation strategies that align with business objectives and brand communication strategies, specially targeting the leisure and HoReCa channels.
- Execute innovative and disruptive BTL campaigns and direct-to-consumer activations using a consumer-centric approach. Leverage various online and offline channels, including social media and digital marketing, to maximize reach and engagement with the target consumers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal Marketing and Sales teams, as well as external agencies, to ensure the flawless and quality execution of consumer activation campaigns.
- KPI & Performance analysis:
- Build campaign objective and set the clear KPI(key performance indicator). Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of activation initiatives based on KPIs, and provide insight and key learnings for the future strategies.
- Budget Management:
- Manage budgets for consumer activation projects, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing return on investment.
- Opportunity Development:
- Identify new channels and consumer activation opportunities to drive consumer engagement and enhance brand awarenss through a consumer-centric approach.
- Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum bachelor degree in marketing or related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in FMCG marketing department.
- Experience in brand management, marketing communications, channel management and agency management.
- Good project management skills with attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Consumer experience & engagement including digital marketing experience.
- Previous experience in tobacco industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Myanmar.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong computer skills and creativity.
