ELECTRICIAN - Engineering Department

We are currently looking for an Electrician in the Engineering Department of Xanthi factory for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment within the factory. Join our team and contribute to the success of our engineering processes!

Position: 

As an Electrician in the Engineering Department, you will:

• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of electrical systems
• Set up and install electrical wiring, conduit, and equipment according to blueprints and technical diagrams
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues by using appropriate testing devices and tools and minimize any disruption to factory operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and installations
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment

Requirements: 

• University or Technical degree in electrical engineering & valid electrician license
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
• Working experience in tobacco industry will be considered as an asset
• Good oral and written knowledge of English & Greek languages
• Amenable to work in shifting schedule
• Good interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail
