We are currently looking for a Planning & NPD Supervisor in Xanthi factory. This role is pivotal in leading all planning-related activities, with a primary focus on the control and continuous improvement of the production plan, as well as the planning and procurement of materials. Position:
As the Planning & NPD Supervisor in Xanthi factory, you will
- Manage implementation and improvement of short and long-term Production plans, control and analyse actual results and follow targets for inventory levels
- Optimise/organise timely material ordering, following targets for inventory levels and material turnover
- Be responsible for implementing and maintaining SAP and IBP-related activities in line with defined standards/targets (production lines, capacities, material leadtime...)
- Investigate, propose and implement ways to optimise costs and processes
- Support and coordinate the process of product changes, introduction of new brands, re-launches and promotions (NPD)
- Implement ISO procedures for respective processes
- Be involved in various projects (S&OP, EUDR…)
- Support the implementation of IWS system and work according to the requirements and specifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Finance, Engineering or related fields
- 5 years of work experience in Production, Processing, Planning or Logistics
- Fluency in the English Language
- High communication and interpersonal skills with emphasis on planning and organising
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- SAP, IBP and PLM knowledge will be considered as assets
