This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on how we develop capabilities, enhance collaboration, and drive transformation within a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Join us in shaping a culture of continuous improvement!

About IWS (Integrated Working System)

SEKAP factory operates under the Integrated Working System (IWS), an end-to-end operating model that drives efficiency, productivity, and quality by fully integrating people, processes, and technology. IWS is built on three core pillars: one team, accountability, and zero losses, empowering all functions to continuously improve performance, eliminate waste, and sustain operational excellence.

What will you do?

As the IWS P&C Business Partner in Xanthi factory, you will:

  • Champion the integration of IWS principles & methodologies into key People & Culture processes, including employee’s performance, growth/development plans and succession planning
  • Ensure P&C strategies are aligned with business & factory priorities, boosting performance, engagement, and organizational agility
  • Support employees’ lifecycle (incl. recruitment, onboarding, development & retention initiatives) tailored to the specific needs of the industry
  • Design and facilitate impactful training programs and capability-building workshops to strengthen organizational competencies
  • Participate in initiating and implementing the internal communication strategy, fostering open dialogue and promoting collaboration across all levels of the organization to build trust and alignment
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement, track progress to drive continuous growth and support continuous enhancement of P&C practices

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Gain a solid understanding of IWS methodologies and how they connect with key P&C processes (performance, onboarding, development)
  • Support the integration of IWS tools and practices into daily P&C routines, ensuring consistency and clarity across the factory and fostering effective internal communication
  • Collaborate closely with your manager and key stakeholders to identify capability-building needs and help deliver related activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner
  • Experience with IWS or similar continuous improvement systems will be considered as an asset
