Service Management Expert - BPM Signavio



We are seeking an SAP Signavio Expert to support the development and documentation of business processes across the organization. This role is critical to driving process transparency, standardization, and continuous improvement using SAP Signavio's Business Process Management Tool. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process mapping, documentation, and process management fundamentals and be comfortable working with cross-functional teams. 

 

Position: 

  • Support the creation, maintenance, and governance of business process documentation using SAP Signavio.
  • Monitor end-to-end process flows development across various business functions (e.g., Finance, People & Culture, Marketing and Sales).
  • Collaborate with Process Owner, SMEs, IT, Product Provider and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into a well-defined documentation platform.
  • Leverage SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub to foster transparency and alignment across the organization.
  • Support the rollout of process governance standards and ensure documentation aligns with enterprise policies.
  • Support and Conduct workshops and training sessions on process modeling and Signavio usage for internal teams.
  • Continuously improve process documentation based on feedback, performance data, and business changes.
  • Integrate best practices in Business Process Management (BPM) and support initiatives in optimization where applicable.




Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a GBS organization,

• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• Hands-on experience with process management
• Understanding of Service Management fundamentals and GBS operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive change.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with business tools/platforms.
