Are you ready to drive innovation in Global Indirect Procurement? We're seeking a Procurement Specialist to help shape our future procurement operations through strategic thinking and stakeholder collaboration.

 

Position:

As a Procurement Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of implementing strategic procurement initiatives, supporting  data-driven decisions, and building valuable partnerships. You'll play a crucial role in optimizing our supplier base, delivering measurable value, and supporting our organization's sustainability goals through innovative procurement practices. This includes:

  • Support implementation of category strategies and contribute to local initiatives
  • Build supplier relationships and support supplier base optimization
  • Drive data-driven procurement decisions and continuous improvement projects
  • Ensure procurement targets achievement and compliance
  • Foster stakeholder collaboration and maintain effective business partnerships

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-years career background in procurement or corelated function, ideally within FMCG or a similar industry
  • Experience in conducting RFx processes and negotiations for indirect products and services
  • Adaptability and enthusiasm for change
  • Proactive team player mindset, openness for continuous learning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Outstanding communication abilities
  • Technology-savvy mindset
  • Language: Polish and business-level English required; additional languages are an asset
