Global Business Services Change Manager  


 
 
Position
 
The primary objective of this role is to implement change management plans within JTI's Global Business Services (GBS), aligning with GBS's overarching goals. This position guides and supports GBS by ensuring that stakeholders, customers, and employees are well-informed and engaged. The GBS Change Manager will focus on developing, executing, and monitoring engagement plans, stakeholder management, communication plans, and other change interventions. The role involves taking all necessary actions to ensure these plans are successfully implemented.
 
Responsibilities: 
 

  • Develop and execute change management plans to maximize employee adoption.
  • Perform stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and resistance management.
  • Propose key stakeholder mapping for assigned projects and build strong relationships to facilitate a smooth change process.
  • Create and deliver content and assets that articulate the vision, benefits, and impact of change initiatives.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans to involve and empower stakeholders and build partnerships throughout the change process.
  • Collaborate with the Change Management Lead and business stakeholders to manage and deliver the content for the full messaging plan.
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of change management activities.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Change Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, project management, or a related role, ideally in multinational companies
  • Experience in working with change management methodologies (PROSCI preferred)
  • Stakeholder management and engagement planning across all levels of the organization, including senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English at business proficiency standard
  • Understanding of GBS Environment will be beneficial in aligning change strategies with GBS's specific needs and goals
