FP&A Cluster Specialist

 

What is this role about – Purpose:

 

You will support our Entity Finance & Accounting team in Warsaw by covering FP&A activities for CzHuSk market. This is a great opportunity to experience working in Shared Services environment of a multinational company and develop further your expertise.

 

 

What will you do - responsibilities:

 

  • Budgeting and forecasting for the cluster scope by working closely with planners/budget owners
  • Prepare consolidated financial summaries (data, analytics, roadmaps and presentations) for management discussions and decisions
  • Focus on continuous improvement in processes to increase efficiency
  • Support team to best achieve overall goals and identify synergies across the group
  • Actively build and develop good working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Own, maintain and regularly update Global Business Service process documentation for the processes in scope

 

What are we looking for - requirements:

 

  • You have good understanding of accounting and controlling – although we support junior talent, ideally you will have at least 2 years of experience in a multinational environment
  • Advanced Excel skills – if you worked in SAP, even better
  • We are looking for a fast learner to invest in his/her growth
  • As always in finance, detail orientation, good organisation, strong analytical skills and ability to prioritise tasks are highly appreciated
  • We work in English
  • You have a University degree in Finance or related
