Digital & CX Coordinator
As a Digital & CX Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping and executing JTI’s digital strategy for conventional products. You’ll be at the forefront of enhancing consumer experiences across digital platforms, ensuring our brand values are reflected in every interaction. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role that blends strategy, technology, creativity, and data.
Responsibilities
- Co-creation and implementation of digital strategy – As Digital & CX Coordinator you will actively participate in the development and implementation of the digital strategy that supports the marketing and sales objectives of JTI brands
- Development and maintenance of digital platforms – You will develop, implement and be responsible for ongoing maintenance of websites, e-CRM platforms, and other digital tools. You will monitor platforms’ performance, test new solutions, update content and support the optimization of website conversion funnels and overall UX
- Consumer experience management, including campaign planning and execution - designing and optimizing consumer journeys across online channels, ensuring consistency and quality of user experiences in line with brand values will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also plan and execute digital campaigns aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining consumers
- Data Analysis – you will analyze the data from campaigns, platforms, and digital tools to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Collaboration with other departments, functions and external partners – a crucial part of your role will be also collaboration with internal IT teams, Brand and Consumer Activation teams and coordination and overseeing the work of digital agencies and web and software developers
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing landscape and in leading projects, within agency or at retail/ FMCG
- University degree
- Good understanding of digital landscape and project management
- Good understanding of consumer acquisition and retention strategies and content creation processes
- Hands-on experience in working in multi-brand/category environment with ability to translate brands objectives into actionable digital plans
- Understands technical aspects required to manage websites and consumer acquisition activities
- Knowledge of analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Hotjar, Adobe Analytics), Google Marketing Platform and/ or Meta, CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Good team player, very well organized
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - advanced skill
- Polish on C1 level at least - mandatory
- English on B2 level
