CRM Coordinator

 

What this position is about - Purpose: 

 

The objective of this position is to execute and monitor onboarding, engagement, and retention of consumers. Primarily focused on achieving the volume, rate and lifetime value potential of our consumer base. 
CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing and optimizing the company's CRM system to enhance customer interactions and drive business growth. This role involves developing and implementing CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and ensuring the CRM system effectively supports sales, marketing, and customer service initiatives. The ultimate goal is to build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers and contribute to the company's overall success        
                   

 


What will you do - Responsibilities:

 

  • CRM campaign management based on consumer insights, business objectives and marketing strategies
  • Ensure planning, management, monitoring/analysis and continuous improvement of CRM campaingscampaigns, including email/SMS marketing and consumer onboarding campaigns
  • Monitoring and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new campaigns
  • Create and manage consumer segments and targeting inline with global guidelines and localization objectives
  • Manage consumer data base and implement marketing automation 
  • Identify and implement improvements to customer relationship processes, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas of improvement for targeted marketing campaigns
  • Recommend solutions to improve customer experience
  • Prepare reports to present findings to stakeholders
  • Plan and control the budget
  • Work closely with internal Brand, Consumer Activation, Sales, Finance, Legal HQ/ DBU and IT teams, as well as with 3rd parties, digital agencies, web and software developers 


Who are we looking for - Requirements:  

 

  • University degree in business, marketing, economics or IT
  • Min. 2 years of CRM experience: professional experience in execution of CRM strategist, lifecycle and retention campaigns within agency or at retail/FMCG    
  • English - very good (both verbal and written)    
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and analytical thinking   
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
  • Experience with CRM tools e.g.  ACS (Adobe CamaignCampaign Standards), CDP (Consumer Data Platform, UTM Tool)
