VAT Specialist
What will you do – responsibilities:
- Preparation of multiple European VAT reports, Intrastats and EC Sales Lists
- Reviewing invoices for compliance
- Using SAP and excel to analyze data
- Reconciling VAT returns to SAP Accounts
- Liaising with markets or fiscal representatives to confirm VAT postings are correct
- Analyze transactional postings for legislative compliance/errors
- Support process improvements
Who are we looking for – requirements:
- Have an University degree
- At least 1 year experience in a multinational company (preferably in a Shared Service Centre multifunctional role (i.e. AR/AP/CM/GL/Projects))
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills is a must
- Strong command of English Language (oral and written), polish is a plus
- Analytical skills
- Proactive and work team approach
- SAP knowledge is a must
- Willingness to take additional actions to develop in the field of VAT
