VAT Specialist

 

What will you do – responsibilities:
 

• Preparation of multiple European VAT reports, Intrastats and EC Sales Lists
• Reviewing invoices for compliance
• Using SAP and excel to analyze data
• Reconciling VAT returns to SAP Accounts
• Liaising with markets or fiscal representatives to confirm VAT postings are correct
• Analyze transactional postings for legislative compliance/errors
• Support process improvements
   

Who are we looking for – requirements:

• Have an University degree
• At least 1 year experience in a multinational company (preferably in a Shared Service Centre multifunctional role (i.e. AR/AP/CM/GL/Projects))
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills is a must
• Strong command of English Language (oral and written), polish is a plus
• Analytical skills
• Proactive and work team approach
• SAP knowledge is a must
• Willingness to take additional actions to develop in the field of VAT
