Talent Attraction Manager

About the position:

The role is aimed at attracting and maintaining a solid pipeline of external candidates for the company’s critical positions supporting the hiring needs and business growth of the organization.

 

The Talent Attraction Manager will play a key role in broadening and accelerating the candidate pipeline, ensuring high-quality external talent is identified and engaged.

 

The role involves close collaboration with Senior Leadership, key functional stakeholders, and the People & Culture (P&C) teams.

 

Main areas of responsibility:

 

  • Manage External Talent Attraction

    • Design, lead, and execute external talent attraction initiatives to build a diverse and inclusive pipeline of candidates for critical roles
    • Ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent, addressing both immediate hiring needs and long-term business goals
    • Assess, segment, and maintain the external candidate database based on prioritization needs

 

  • Relationship Building

    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with both active and passive candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels
    • Apply innovative search techniques to engage passive candidates and maintain a steady flow of high-quality talent
    • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, reinforcing the company’s employer brand

 

  • Partnership and Collaboration

    • Work closely with key stakeholders, including functional teams and People & Culture (P&C), to understand hiring needs, challenges, and business goals
    • Align recruitment strategies with the company’s long-term growth objectives, ensuring a proactive approach to talent search and pipeline development

 

  • Compliance and Best Practices

    • Stay up to date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in talent attraction
    • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes, integrating digital solutions where beneficial

 

  • General Support for Talent Acquisition (TA) GBS Function

    • Contribute to various Talent Attraction initiatives and support the implementation of recruitment strategies to improve overall efficiency

 

  • Metrics and Reporting

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on the evolution and quality of external talent pools

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in multinational organizations, with up to 5 years specializing in recruiting for managerial and leadership positions
  • Previous experience in an recruitment agency environment is a plus
  • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and proactive approach to recruitment

  • Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in project management

  • Deep understanding of HR processes, particularly in talent attraction

  • Expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, including interviewing and candidate selection

  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (experience with SuccessFactors is a plus)

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the employer brand optimally

  • Fluency in English (proficient in daily communication)
